Vorys Research Institute on Courts and Dispute Resolution

http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/

This is a program of the Ohio State University College of Law, which "provides research and outreach services to local, state, and federal court personnel who seek to learn more about mediation's effectiveness or who want to create and maintain high-quality mediation programs that suit their individual circumstances." Some of the Institute's projects include: a report discussing the design and implementation of dispute resolution programs throughout Maryland; a report on improving and expanding ADR in Georgia; examining confidentiality in U.S. appellate mediation programs; and initiatives in which law students teach middle and high school students dispute resolution skills.
