These are the local rules for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and Circuit Rule 33 addresses appeal conferences and allows for mediations in civil appeals. Additional information about Rule 33 mediations can be found here.
