Walsh, Andrew M..
http://apps.americanbar.org/dch/committee.cfm?com=DR014500

This report discusses the history and design of the San Mateo County Superior Court Multi-Option ADR Project. The project includes a wide variety of ADR programs, offered through a partnership of the court, county bar association, a local mediation center, human services agency, and other community organization. Through the project, ADR services (including mediation, arbitration and neutral evaluation) are offered for civil, family, small claims, juvenile dependency and probate cases. The report discusses referral procedures, funding and neutral selection for each of the seven programs. It also addresses lessons learned and lists previous reports published about the project.
