Maine Judicial Branch. Jan. 1, 2020
https://www.courts.maine.gov/programs/adr/index.html

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services began in Maine in the 1970s and are currently "available in every court and in every county in Maine." The Office of Court ADR serves as headquarters for ADR programs in the state and includes Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (CADRES). ADR services include arbitration, mediation and early neutral evaluation for domestic relations matters, small claims, larger civil and commercial cases and environmental disputes. The office website provides information on how to select a neutral, neutral rosters and links to court rules regarding ADR in Maine.
