South Carolina Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section

South Carolina Bar. Jan. 1, 2019
https://www.scbar.org/lawyers/bar-programs/alternative-dispute-resolution/

The South Carolina Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section focuses on "increasing awareness of ADR through public forums and business seminars, creating consultation task force committees to work with counties that do not have ADR pilot programs, developing an electronic mailing list for the Section and promoting media exposure of ADR efforts." The Section houses the South Carolina Commission on Dispute Resolution and the Board for Arbitrator and Mediator Certification. The website provides links to the South Carolina rules for court-annexed ADR, circuit and family court ADR-related forms and meeting minutes for the ADR Section.
