Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of New Hampshire: Rule 12-A Mediation

These are the rules for the Supreme Court of the State of New Hampshire. Rule 12-A. outlines the court's rules regarding Mediation. Cases pending at the supreme court may be referred to the office of mediation and arbitration for mediation. All mediations are conducted by either a retired full-time judge or a retired full time marital master. 

Cases not eligible for mediation include: criminal cases, domestic violence cases, election cases, guardianship cases, involuntary commitment cases, juvenile cases (including abuse and neglect) delinquincy, termination of parental rights, stalking cases, and cases brought by prisoners.
