Nevada Rules Governing Alternative Dispute Resolution

Supreme Court of Nevada. Jan. 1, 2020
http://www.leg.state.nv.us/CourtRules/RGADR.html

Under these rules, any matter otherwise subject to the Court Annexed Arbitration Program may be voluntarily placed in the mediation program by mutual consent of the parties. Parties may make use of the panel of mediators assigned to the program, or may stipulate to use a private mediator. The rules outline procedures for scheduling and conducting mediation hearings and the filing of reports to the commissioner. Further, the rules give requirements regarding mediator qualifications, immunity, compensation and confidentiality.
