ICJ's mission is to "help make the civil justice system more efficient and more equitable by supplying government and private decision-makers and the public with the results of objective, empirically based, analytic research." Its research on ADR includes "An Evaluation of Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation under the Civil Justice Reform Act," among others.
