http://www.courts.phila.gov/mfdp/

The Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas established the Residential Foreclosure Diversion Program in 2008 in response to a growing number of residential foreclosures in the county. Under the program, all lenders and borrowers involved in residential foreclosure cases are required to participate in conciliation conferences to identify potential alternatives to foreclosure. Homeowners are required to meet with a housing counselors prior to the conference. The program website includes the court order establishing the program and information for homeowners interested in participating in the program.
