Oklahoma Supreme Court Rules 1.250-1.253: Rules for Appellate Settlement Conference Program

Under these rules, a case may be invited to undergo a settlement conference at the discretion of the court and with agreement from all litigants. The rules outline procedures for selection of cases, scheduling of conferences, and filing of conference statements and results. The rules also provide requirements regarding attendance, confidentiality, and judge qualifications, and they list the roles and functions of justices, program administrators, clerks, judges, counsel, and parties.
