Oklahoma Alternative Dispute Resolution System: 2006 Annual Report

This report provides an overview of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) System in Oklahoma, which is made up of 12 community-based mediation (Early Settlement) centers and 11 mediation programs developed by state. In fiscal year 2006, 7,968 cases were referred to the centers, 2,303 were mediated and 1,428 resulted in full or partial agreements (62 percent). The report outlines state agency programs, training opportunities from 2006 and goals of the ADR System.
