Oklahoma Alternative Dispute Resolution System: 2005 Annual Report

This report provides an overview of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) System in Oklahoma, which is made up of 12 community-based mediation (Early Settlement) centers and 11 mediation programs developed by state agencies. In fiscal year 2005, 6,328 cases were referred to the centers, 2,135 were mediated and 1,459 resulted in a full or partial agreement (68 percent). The report outlines state agency programs, training opportunities from 2005 and goals of the ADR System.
