This study presents the results of a questionnaire given to a random sample of attorneys in Ohio. The responses were used to measure attorneys' experience with ADR procedures. The study found that Ohio attorneys' experience with ADR procedure as counsel is the single strongest factor in attorneys' advising clients to try ADR or to include an ADR clause in a contract.
