ODR Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities: We Must Do Better

This article addresses the importance of digital accessibility and provides recommendations on resources and tools that can aid courts and neutrals with developing and maintaining technology-based and online systems that are accessible and welcoming to all users. At the time of this article's publication, David Allen Larson served as the System Designer for the New York State Unified Court System to create and integrate an online dispute resolution (ODR) process into the court system. The article covers the various needs digital accessibility can help accommodate and provides considerations for how to make ODR systems more accessible.
