The Commission is responsible for developing dispute resolution programs, educating the public about dispute resolution services, and maintaining mediator rosters for court mediation programs. These rules review the commission's structure, as well as its powers and responsibilities. These include enforcing the state's Standards of Conduct for Mediators; Section VIII of the rules reviews the process for investigating complaints of mediator misconduct.
