North Carolina General Statute 7A-38.7: Dispute resolution fee for cases resolved in mediation

For criminal cases filed in the court that are resolved in community mediation centers, this statute authorizes the court to charge the defendant a dispute resolution fee of $60. The Mediation Network may retain up to $3 for administrative costs.
