The Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Improvement Programs (ADRCIP) offers a variety of services, including court-connected ADR programs, a Community Dispute Resolution Centers Program, an Attorney-Client Fee-Dispute Program and a Collaborative Family Law Center. The office also oversees the Child Welfare Court Improvement Project, the Court Appointed Special Advocates Assistance Program and the Children's Centers Program. The website contains information for those involved in a conflict and resources for ADR practitioners, and outlines ADR services in each New York judicial district.
