Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs. Oct. 16, 2006
http://www.nycourts.gov/ip/adr/Publications/Annual_Reports/AR05-06.pdf

This report describes the work of the New York Community Dispute Resolution Centers Program (CDRCP) from April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006. In 2005-2006, 21,886 mediations, conciliations and arbitrations took place, and 79 percent of cases mediated or conciliated reached a voluntary agreement. Referrals from Family Court made up 25 percent of the total caseload for the program, and 21 percent of all referrals came from the City Court. The report addresses issues of neutral qualifications and training as well as program management. Finally, Appendix A of this report provides a list of agencies that contract with CDRCP and Appendix B provides statistical tables.
