New Hampshire Statutes 328-C:1-13: Family Mediators

This statute relates to mediation in family cases in New Hampshire. Under the statutes, a certification board shall be established in order to maintain a roster of qualified mediators as well as establish procedures, eligibility requirements, training requirements and ethical standards for family mediators. The statute further outlines mediator qualifications and addresses issues of confidentiality, immunity, continuing education, disciplinary action, communication and fees.
