Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution. May. 15, 2009
http://www.supremecourt.ne.gov/mediation/pdf/Standards_Ethics_Manual_amended_5-15-09.pdf

The standards explained in this manual govern mediators, directors and staff at community mediation centers approved under the Nebraska Dispute Resolution Act. The manual reviews the training and skill requirements for mediators. It also sets ethical guidelines on topics such as conflict of interest and confidentiality, and describes general mediation procedures. The manual also reviews the responsibilities of center directors, including selecting, assigning and supervising approved mediators.
