Montana Code 25-21-7: Mandatory Appellate Alternative Dispute Resolution

This statute allows for the mandatory mediation of certain appellate court cases. Cases approved for mandatory mediation include workers' compensation appeals, domestic relations appeals (including but not limited to issues of dissolution, child custody, support, maintenance, etc.), money judgement appeals, and any cases that the Montana Supreme Court deems appropriate.
