Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Practice for the District Courts states that the court must provide parties involved in civil cases with information regarding alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Services offered by the Minnesota Alternative Dispute Resolution program include arbitration, consensual special magistrate, moderated settlement conferences, summary jury trials, early neutral evaluations, fact-finding, mediation, mini-trial and mediation-arbitration. The website provides a brochure outlining the services offered by this program, an ADR neutral roster, information about rules and policies of the program and application forms.
