This statute establishes the Housing Counseling and Foreclosure Mediation Fund, which supports that state's foreclosure mediation program, as well as nonprofit and government agencies that provide housing counseling and other assistance to homeowners facing financial difficulty. Revenue for the fund will come from state appropriations, foreclosure filing fees and foreclosure mediation fees.
