https://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/statutes/4/title4sec18-B.html

This statute establishes the Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Service, which is responsible for providing ADR services throughout the state. The statute also creates the Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Service Committee to set policy for and monitor the service, as well as the Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Service Fund to finance ADR services. The statute also specifies that the service will include special programs on mediation involving land use and natural gas pipelines.
