The Illinois Youth Court Association (IYCA) was established in 2000 and works to promote cooperation and information sharing among youth courts as well as provide assistance to and encourage the development of youth courts in Illinois. The IYCA website provides background of youth courts in Illinois, lists programs throughout the state and provides resources for establishing youth courts.
