Illinois Supreme Court Rule 310.1: Appellate Court Settlement Conference Program

This rule authorizes the appellate courts to establish mediation programs. Courts electing to establish mediation program are directed to adopt rules for the conduct of mediation proceedings and to submit them to the Supreme Court. The rule specifies the matters that should be addressed in the court's local rules for their mediation programs.
