Illinois Statutes 710 ILCS 35 - Illinois Uniform Mediation Act

This act makes all mediation communications confidential, with certain exceptions. It bars mediators from reporting specified information to the court regarding the mediation and requires all mediators to disclose conflicts of interest to the parties.
