These rules govern Illinois 11th Judicial Circuit serving Ford, Livingston, Logan, McLean, and Woodford counties.

Rule 104 covers the Court-Annexed Civil Mediation Program operated in the Ford and McLean Counties. The rule addresses actions eligible for the mediation program, how mediations are scheduled, and the mediation rules and procedures. 

Rule 105 covers the Court-Annexed Mandatory Arbitration Program operated in the Ford and McLean counties. The rule outlines arbitration procedures and scheduling as well as the appointment and compensation of arbitrators. 

Rule 109 covers the Court Annexed Small Claims Mediation Program operated in McLean County. The rule outlines mediator qualifcations and provides a general overview of mediation procedures. 

Rule 110 covers the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program operated in McLean County. The rule covers scheduling and an overview of foreclosure mediation procedures.

Rule 153 covers the Child Protection Mediation Program in McLean County. The rule outlines the types of cases eligible for the program, mediator qualifications, and provides an overview of procedures. 

Rule 156 covers the Dissolution, Civil Union and Family Cases - Mediation of Financial or Property Issues. Under this rule, for any dissolution of marriage cases involving contested issues of financial support, distribution of assets, financial obligations and debt, or distribution of property, the parties may request or the court may order the partes to participate in mediation.
