Guidelines for Mediation in Cases Involving Issues of Domestic Violence

Apr. 6, 1995
http://www.godr.org/files/DV%20Mediation%20Guidelines.pdf

These guidelines were established by the Committee on Ethics of the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. They exempt all domestic violence criminal cases from mediation, and call for court programs to implement case screening procedures for civil cases involving domestic violence to safely screen out inappropriate cases.
