Guide to Judicial Management of Cases in ADR

Niemic, Robert J.; Stienstra, Donna; Ravitz, Randall E.. Jan. 1, 2001
https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/011328594

This book is designed to offer guidance to district, magistrate and bankruptcy judges in determining when and how to refer a case to ADR and how to manage the case once it has been referred. Within this framework it discusses mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation, summary jury trial and mini-trial processes. The issues that arise from referral to these processes are also discussed, including selecting and compensating the neutral, confidentiality and participation of the parties. The book is available both in hard copy and online.
