This act explains the process of the court-connected ADR program in Georgia. It includes sections on board of trustees of county fund for the administration of Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs, the powers and duties of these boards, collection of additional legal costs in civil actions for purposes of providing court-connected or court-referred ADR programs, compensation of non-volunteer neutrals by the parties, and contracting by boards of several counties to combine funds.
