This document contains the qualifications and the training required for neutrals serving in mediation, arbitration, case evaluation, or early neutral evaluation court programs in Georgia. The document also addresses the registration of neutrals, the option of appeal arising from adverse decisions of the Office of Dispute Resolution, the application process for those who want to register or renew registration and whose previous conduct raises questions as to their moral character as a neutral, and how one is removed from registration.
