Florida Statutes, Chapter 61: Dissolution of Marriage; Support; Time-Sharing

These statutes address the dissolution of marriage. Section 61.183 addresses how the court may refer parties to mediation for contested issues such as parental responsibility, primary residence, access to visitation, or child support. Sections 61.55-61.58 address the collaborative law process. Additionally, section 61.58 outlines the privilege against disclosure during the collaborative law process.
