These rules outline the qualifications, standards of conduct and disciplinary measures for Florida arbitrators. Arbitration will be conducted by an individual or panel and may be binding or nonbinding. The rule addresses arbitrator impartiality and responsibility to the court, the arbitration process, communication, training and advertising.
