Michigan Dispute Resolution Rules Committee. Jul. 8, 2001
http://courts.michigan.gov/scao/resources/publications/reports/DRRCReport2008.pdf

The Dispute Resolution Rules Committee was established by the State Court Administrative Office in 2007 in order to recommend amendments for Michigan Court Rules 2.403-2.404 (case evaluation) and 2.410-2.411(mediation). The report outlines the Committee's amendments and provides explanations for those changes. The Committee also recommended that successor committees address issues of confidentiality and mediator Standards of Conduct.
