Court ADR Programs in Domestic Relations Cases - 2006 Annual Report

Indiana Judicial Center. Jan. 1, 2006
https://www.in.gov/judiciary/supreme/files/0506report.pdf

Court alternative dispute programs for domestic relations were authorized by the Indiana General Assembly in 2003, and the first programs were launched in 2004. By the end of the 2006, 23 counties (encompassing 37 courts) had approved court ADR programs. This report provides a history of the development of these programs as well as brief descriptions of the Division of State Court Administration's approval process and the programs currently in operation. The report also provides statistics on the number and type of cases that used ADR, the types of ADR processes used, the number of children served by the programs, and other aspects of the programs' performance in 2006.
