Court ADR Programs for Domestic Relations Cases 2007 Annual Report

Domestic Relations Committee of the Judicial Conference of Indiana. Jan. 1, 2008
https://www.in.gov/judiciary/supreme/files/0607report.pdf

Indiana collects information on the circuit court family ADR programs each year. The programs consist of mediation services, free mediation days, parenting coordination, conflict resolution classes and intensive in-home case management, among other processes. From December 2006 through November 2007, dissolution with children was the main type of case filed. 72% of cases filed utilized mediation as an ADR service and of those 72% of cases, 63% settled.
