Cook County Circuit Court Child Protection Mediation Program

http://www.cookcountycourt.org/ABOUTTHECOURT/JuvenileJusticeChildProtection/ChildProtection/ChildProtectionMediationProgram.aspx

The Child Protection Mediation Program began as a six-month pilot program at the beginning of 2001 under Judge Patricia Martin, Presiding Judge of the Child Protection Division, Circuit Court of Cook County. Its success has led it to become a regular part of court services. The program's website includes a description of the mediation process and provides contact information for program administrators.
