Arkansas Continuing Mediation Education Requirements for Certified Mediators

Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission.
https://www.arcourts.gov/administration/adr/rules

According to these requirements, certified mediators in Arkansas must "complete six hours of continuing mediation education during each reporting period" (p.1). The Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission will accredit courses and approve them provided they meet the standards outlined in this document. If a mediator does not complete the six hours within a reporting period, those hours are applied to the next reporting period. If the mediator does not complete the deficient hours, the mediator is not in compliance and must pay a fee of $75 for late completion and may be suspended.
