California Rules of Court, Title 10, Chapter 8 Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs

Judicial Council of California. Jan. 1, 2019
https://www.courts.ca.gov/cms/rules/index.cfm?title=ten

These rules govern alternative dispute resolution programs administered by the courts. The rules list the types of information which must be made available if a court has a list of ADR neutrals, including types of services, qualifications to be a mediator for civil cases, resumes, and fees. Courts must report information on their ADR programs to the Judicial Council. The rules also list duties of the ADR program administrator, as well as requirements and responsibilities for those on ADR committees.
