Arkansas Requirements for the Conduct of Mediation and Mediators

These rules, created by the Arkansas ADR Commission, set standards of behavior for mediators in mediations in Arkansas. They are an framework for the ethical practice of mediation. The rules serve three goals (1) to guide mediator conduct, (2) to inform mediating parties, and (3) instill public confidence in the mediation process. These rules outline standards fo conduct mediators should adhere to including integrity, impartiality, and professional competence.
