Arizona Revised Statute 12-135.01: Local Alternative Dispute Resolution Fund; Report

For those superior courts that have opted to establish a fee for ADR services, this statute authorizes the creation of a fund into which those fees would be deposited. The fund is to be administered at the county level by the presiding judge of the superior court to provide supplemental funding to the local ADR programs.
