Kiasha Henry
Administrative Coordinator
Kiasha Henry became RSI's Administrative Coordinator in July 2025. She joined RSI as Eviction Mediation Program Assistant in 2024, and prior to that was a mediator in RSI’s Kane County Eviction Mediation Program for three years. Before working for RSI, Kiasha spent 20 years as a clerk with the US Postal Service, retiring in 2019 and joining AmeriCorps/Justice Corps. While volunteering, Kiasha did intake for the foreclosure mediation program in McLean County, Illinois. This inspired her to attend a course at the Center for Conflict Resolution and become a certified mediator. Kiasha has also been certified by Northwestern University as a divorce and family mediator. In addition, Kiasha and her husband founded the nonprofit organization C.H.A.R.M. Inc., which is dedicated to improved relationships between communities and local law enforcement, providing information and access to resources, and providing free school supplies to children in underserved communities. Kiasha is excited about the mediation process and introducing alternative ways to handle disputes in the court system.
