Eric Slepak joined RSI in 2015 as Resource Center Director, before transitioning to Director of ADR Programs in August 2016. In this role, he oversees the operation of RSI's foreclosure and child protection mediation programs and develops new court ADR programs. This work includes supporting RSI's program coordinators, and addressing issues of funding and sustainability, in addition to identifying new programmatic opportunities.
Eric holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. While in law school, Eric served as Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, where he developed a passion for alternative dispute resolution and published his Note, "No Longer Left to Their Own Devices: Utilizing and Facilitating Mediation to Give Students Access to Assistive Technology." He was further able to explore ADR through his work as a disability rights advocate in both New York and Chicago.
As RSI's Director of ADR Programs, Eric focuses on building and improving systems that give voice to all parties.
