Brad Fewell currently holds the position of Senior Vice-President and General Counsel for Exelon Generation Co. LLC., where he oversees all regulatory and legal matters involving Exelon's generation assets, including the largest nuclear operations in the United States, as well as large combined cycle natural gas, hydro, wind and solar operations. He joined Exelon in 2003 after working for thirteen years at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, including serving in the position of Regional Counsel for the NRC's Region I Office. At Exelon and previously at the NRC, he extensively used ADR processes to effectively handle matters in controversy.
He is Chairman of the Nuclear committee of the Infrastructure and Regulated Industry Section of the American Bar Association and serves on the the Lawyers Advisory Committee's for the Nuclear Energy Institute and the Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited, both of which he has chaired. He also previously held a position on the Board of CASA Kane County. His pro bono work includes "Wills for Heroes", as well as working on clemency petitions through the Clemency Project.
Mr. Fewell received his B.A. from Wabash College in 1986, and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1989.
