Eric Slepak joined Resolution Systems Institute (RSI) in 2015 as the Resource Center Director, before transitioning to Director of ADR Programs in August 2016. In this role, he oversees the operation of RSI's three foreclosure mediation programs, and the development of its forthcoming child protection mediation program. This work includes supporting RSI's program coordinators, and addressing issues of funding and sustainability in addition to identifying new programmatic opportunities.

Mr. Slepak holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. While in law school, Mr. Slepak served as Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, where he developed a passion for alternative dispute resolution, and published his Note, No Longer Left to Their Own Devices: Utilizing and Facilitating to Give Students Access to Assistive Technology. He was further able to explore ADR through his work as a disability rights advocate in both New York and Chicago.

As RSI's Director of ADR Programs, Mr. Slepak looks forward to building and improving systems which give voice to all parties.
