Executive Committee

[From the organizing documents that formed RSI in 1995, when it was originally named the Center for Analysis of Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems (CAADRS)]

"The Executive Committee shall formulate policy and approve programs of CAADRS and operate through the Chair… The Executive Committee shall initially consist of the signatories hereto. In the future the Executive Committee shall establish the total number of persons to serve on the Executive Committee and additions to, and replacements of, Committee members." (Section 3.2 of the CAADRS Statement of Purpose and Organization)
